About Terence J. Clegg, Sr.
Terence Clegg is a public servant, education advocate, and father with 20+ years supporting youth and families. A Raleigh, NC native, he earned a B.A. from North Carolina A&T State University, a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and now serves as Administrator of Operations for the Maryland DHS.
